Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Your subscription stays active until the end of your current paid billing period — we don't offer partial-month refunds for cancelling partway through a period. After your current period ends, you won't be billed again and your account reverts to the free tier.
Free-tier minutes
Free-tier monthly audio minutes don't carry over from month to month, and unused minutes aren't refundable or convertible to any credit — they simply reset at the start of each calendar month.
Erroneous or duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged in error, or charged twice for the same billing period, contact us at readcture@gmail.com within 7 business days of the charge. We'll review the charge and, if it was made in error, issue a refund back to your original payment method through Razorpay.
